Tickets are $45 per person or $450 for a Table of 10 (includes a free bottle of wine)

Please note – this fundraising event is meant for adults only. The CDC will be open from 5:30-11:30pm and charge $40 for one child, $60 for two children and serve your kids dinner and desert. Contact the CDC at 997-8703 to reserve your spot.

You may wonder what you could possibly have to offer. You would be surprised what you can do or offer with a little creativity or social networking. Please consider the following (you can be creative with the cost of the party/event, charge guests more than what it costs, use part of the money to pay for the event and the majority can still go to Wins: many people just want to cover their cost but people would be willing to pay a lot more for these type of events):
If you like to entertain or cook consider hosting:
-A themed dinner party like a mystery dinner, scavenger hunt, progressive dinner or some type of international dinner party
-A wine tasting/wine pairing party or chocolate tasting party
-Cooking demonstration, cater a meal, offer cooking classes to kids or adults
If you have a hobby or special talent consider sharing it:
-plant flowers, landscape a yard, design and exterior or interior of a home
-knit or crochet a quilt, sew cloths, costumes, or special event dresses
-photograph a family, draw a portrait or landscape, design and create a photo book or calendar
-tutor a child or adult, teach a foreign language
-offer fitness classes or training to kids or adults
If you love art, music or theater:
-teach music lessons, art lessons, or a drama class
-donate tickets to a concert, theater or opera performance
-donate an art piece or painting
If you love to a travel and experience adventure:
-donate time/days in a vacation home
-donate air miles
-offer a group backpacking, hiking or rock climbing excursion
-offer a sailing or fishing trip
If you know a celebrity, author or sports figure:
-arrange for a lunch, or small group gathering to meet the individual/s
-arrange for an “autograph” session or donation of tickets, books, or memorabilia
If you own a business, have friends or family who own a business, frequent specific establishments on a regular basis, consider donating items such as:
-certificates for restaurants, spas, or hair salons
-services: general contractor, handyman, gardening, painting, roofing, or solar panel assessment
- new items: cell phones, computers, clothing, home furnishings, bicycle, scooter, iPad, or electronic reading devices…etc.
