Principal Treasures
- BBQ Party with Ms. Heverling Treat your child and his or her entire class and teacher to a BBQ with the Principal. Enjoy an extended lunch complete with hamburgers, hotdogs and a tasty dessert. Date: May16th. Starting Bid: $150; Incremental Bid $25
- 5th Grade Lunch at Bret Harte with Ms. Heverling Walk with Ms. Hevering and nine of your friends to Bret Harte for an extended lunch to experience lunchtime at middle school. No uniforms that day so you'll really feel like a Bronco. Music and special events are planned for Fridays at Bret Harte, so we will schedule the trip for a Date: May 11th @ $50 per child (Spaces are limited to 10 children)
- Lunch With The Principal Treat your child and a friend to lunch with Ms. Heverling off campus at Amato's Pizza. Date: March 16th Starting Bid: $50; Incremental Bid: $5.
- Wii Fun with Ms. Heverling You and 2 of your friends will join Ms. Heverling for a Wii Sports Tournament. The tournament will be followed by yummy ice cream sundaes! Date: Jan. 31st Starting Bid: $50; Incremental Bid: $5
- Jasper’s Birthday Shhhh…It’s a surprise – Ms. Heverling is throwing a Party for one of her Best Pal’s and you can join in the fun! Yes, it’s a party for all dog lovers and owners. On March 31st from 11 to 1PM you and your dog will have the opportunity to join other Williams Families with their dogs and help Ms. Heverling celebrate Jasper’s Birthday. A hot dog lunch will be provided for all the humans and treats for our dog friends. Goody bags will be provided to all children and their dog. Spaces are limited to 15 canine families. Date March 31st $50 a family (minimum of $500 in sign-ups or party will be canceled) - canceled

What is a Walkathon (WAT) and why do we need it?
Walkathon or “WAT” is one of the major Wins sponsored fundraisers for the year. WAT is a fun-filled afternoon to spend with your family and show support for Williams Elementary. Without the money raised at WAT, our students will not have the enrichment programs, specialists and materials that make our school so successful.
When is the WAT and where will it be held?
Our WAT will be held Friday, October 14th from 3:00 – 6:00 PM on the school’s walking track located around the field.
How do I Register my child and how much does my child need to collect in pledges to participate?
Turn in the Pledge Sheet, Waiver and a minimum of $50 in pledges per child by Friday, Oct. 7th at 3pm on paper or online pledges.
How can I help?
We would like all Williams students to participate in the WAT. Go over the rules and complete the attached forms and turn it into the WAT bin in the school office by October 7th at 3pm. Parents please volunteer to help make this event a success! Sign up on ivolunteer here

What is a Jr. Walker?
A Jr. Walker is a toddler or Pre-K Child that would like to walk at the Walkathon. You may sign them up as a Jr. Walker. A donation of $20.00 and a signed waiver will allow your toddler to Walk. Jr. Walkers will receive a Williams ABC 4Health silicone band and plastic cup. If the Jr. Walker walks at least 8 laps, they will be eligible to receive lap prizes! Sorry, Jr. Walkers must be 5 or under and not registered at Williams in Kindergarten.
